We all know that using a indoor turbo trainer is probable the most efficient method of bike training, especially during the winter months.
We also know that spending sixty minutes alone in the garage surrounded by several years worth of “things which might come in handy sometime” (also known as junk) can seem unappealing and not particularly motivating.
If this sounds familiar then you may be interested to know that the Thursday night turbo sessions at Turton Sports centre are back starting October 13th. The sessions are geared towards all abilities and everyone is welcome.
