We all know that feeling, turn up at the pool with our Garmins, paddles, pull buoys, kick boards, snorkels, fins, water bottles and protein shake for post workout recovery. Strut confidently across poolside wearing our Ironman swim cap and our speedo flip flops only to realise that we don’t actually have a suitable swim session planned.
