Thursdays 7.15pm – 8.15pm starting October 13th 2016.
Peak XV indoor turbo training sessions run from October to June. Each session lasts around 60 minutes and they are tailored to fit in with the time of year and phase of training.
October – December: The emphasis for the sessions is developing cycling skills and keeping things ticking over with relatively low intensity sessions. Sessions will include drills aimed at improving efficiency, hill climbing and pedalling skill.
January – March The emphasis is building a good solid base with longer intervals with short recovery.
April – June: The emphasis moves towards developing race specific fitness through higher intensity intervals
In order to inject some “fun” into the sessions we have a different musical theme each week.
The cost for the session is either £12.00 for a four week block or £4 per night as pay as you go.
